The Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar is the thing in the health community lately. There is a lot of health benefits by taking it in either liquid or tablet form.
- Weight Loss: Apple Cider Vinegar can be made into a drink using two tablespoons with some filtered water, honey, lemon and cinnamon.
- Reduces cholesterol and improves heart health.
- Lower blood sugar levels.
We have two forms of Apple Cider Vinegar in store: New Nordic apple cider tablets and Bragg Organic Raw apple cider vinegar (liquid). We recommend the liquid over the tablets as it won't take as long to break down as a tablet but it is a personal choice.
If taking the liquid, it needs to be diluted in water. We recommend starting with a small dose of 5-10ml then once used to the taste, it can be increased to 15-30ml. If taking the tablets, it is recommended to take 2-3 tablets with breakfast every morning and a big glass of water.
