Apple Cider Vinegar is the thing in the health community lately. There is a lot of health benefits by taking it in either liquid or tablet form. Weight Loss: Apple Cider Vinegar can be made into a drink using two tablespoons with some filtered water, honey, lemon and cinnamon. Reduces cholesterol and improves heart health. Lower blood sugar levels. We have two forms of Apple Cider Vinegar in store: New Nordic apple cider tablets and Bragg Organic Raw apple cider vinegar (liquid). We recommend the liquid over the tablets as it won't take as long to break down as a tablet but it is a personal choice. If taking the liquid, it needs to be diluted in water. We recommend starting with a small dose of 5-10ml then once used to the taste, it can be increased to 15-30ml.
