Cold and Flu Help

With colder weather fast approaching, there is no doubt that it is going to kick off cold and flu symptoms. Already we have had a few cases.

Nurofen Cold & Flu (€610 for 12, €10 for 24) is a non drowsy treatment that works really well on attacking a cold or flu. Be aware not to take it too close to bed time there is an ingredient in it that may keep you awake.
Sona Revital C (€6 for 40 effervescent tablets). Use once a day to boost your immune system. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
